Heidi Sloss, RYT-200, lives and teaches yoga and meditation in Silicon Valley, CA. She combines 30+ years of spiritual practice with the moving meditation of yoga, guiding her students to focus the mind, relax the body, connect the spirit and open the heart.

Heidi is a certified Yoga for Healthy Aging Teacher and has completed a 20 hour Pelvic Floor Teacher Training, two 30 hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainings as well as her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. She is in process of becoming a RYT-500 at Breathe Together Yoga Studio in Los Gatos.
