  • What do you do as a Senior Executive Coach? Who typically are your clients? And what are some of the things that you coach your clients on?
  • Your job title is “Coaching Culture Architect” — can you tell me what that is?
  • You wrote a great article that I came across: “You Have a Seat at the Table, Now Get Your Voice Heard” — what prompted you to write that?
  • When working women hit midlife, oftentimes they are working with younger women. What are some advantages of this for midlife women?
  • Do you notice any differences in the coaching themes between the different generations of clients?
