Merideth Schutter is the Founder of PROtect. Smart Personal Safety. She was in the Vancouver real estate game for over a decade. It was a career she loved for numerous reasons, but primarily for the flexibility to raise her three children, work with fantastic buyers and sellers and earn commission sales on her own schedule.
As a remote worker, Merideth often felt vulnerable and alone on the job — at open houses and on tour with new clients. This is when she created PROtect. Smart Personal Safety to help empower remote workers, solopreneurs, students, online daters and, of course, realtors on a global scale.
Offering PROtect to enterprise clients as a custom branded product who wish to create a culture of caring and togetherness for their employees is at the root of Merideth’s mission for deeper corporate responsibility and safer workplaces.
