Do you ever feel like quitting your health and wellness goals?

While I believe that there are times to quit things like smoking or a bad relationship, for example, something I hope you never quit on is your health and wellness because your health is your greatest wealth and you’re the body you’re in right now is the one you’re going to be with for the rest of your life.
