She holds certifications in Fundamental Movement Patterns, Emotion Focused Therapy, TFW, Twist Conditioning, Indoor cycling and is a Medical Exercise and Rehab Specialist. She also holds a masters degree in Clinical Counselling.

Jenn’s creative approach and unique combination of skills allows her to individualize training programs specifically to each client on a personal level creating a fun and engaging experience. Her philosophy of “1% better every day” provides a supportive relationship with her clients in moving forward and continually improving body and mind to achieve personal success. Jenn has also combined her skills and approach to create The Me Project” a medically supervised weight loss and lifestyle promotion plan for those looking to transform their health.
