She specializes in Women’s health, Gut Health, and Mindful Living & Eating. Her focus is on preventative health and wellness that integrates the whole body, mind, and soul.
Mareike is part of Professional Health Care Team at a Vancouver clinic offering treatment plans for chronic pain, sports injuries, postural dysfunctions, workplace injuries, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Furthermore, Mareike is certified as a Mindful Eating and Living Practitioner teaching women how to eat and live mindfully, one day at a time.
Today, Her mission is to help women feel supported, motivated, and empowered in achieving optimum health and well-being.
